Simple Deviled Egg Technique

Put cooked egg yolks in a zip top bag. Seal the bag and mash until yolks are broken. Add remaining ingredients, reseal and mash until well blended. Cut just the tip of the bag on one corner and squeeze mixture into egg. Just recycle the bag when finished.   Easy clean up!

Freeze the whole can of paste before you open it.  Once frozen open the can at both ends.  Push the frozen paste out and slice into 5 or 6 pieces.  Each piece is approximately 1 tbsp. Simply freeze the leftover slices in a plastic baggie for the next time (don't forget to label it)!
